nope, run's off the computer. so if the computer is stock it will work for 19lbs, if you install 24lb injectors, and chip the cpu for 24's it will work too.

I just looked looked at your thread about when you first got that yesterday lol. I am just going to slap in the sensor from the stock MAF.

Robert, I already picked it up but TexasTanker needs one! The guy I got it from is the guy that he bought his car from. An hour before I picked it up he called me and asked where I was picking mine up bc he remembered the guy had one for sale.

Cool, I'm glad TT did find that stuff out at the junk yard because I didn't want to take a step back when going with EFI by using stock parts. I have another friend here who has a EFI cam from another motor that isn't stock but he doesn't know anything about it. It has a very odd part number ground into the end of it.

hrm. who know's where the cam is from.

I have two stock cams laying around

one is from the mustang, the other from the explorer motor. buuuuuut I wanna keep that mustang's cam incase I get a hair up my *** to do a stock cam, big turbo build that I have been kicking around the idea of.

Went to the junk yard today.

Picked up a set of GT40's, exploder upper and lower, 65mm throttle body, and the 02 sensor harness I needed for $135.

So now for my EFI/motor swap I have:

Extra GT40 heads
Exploder upper and lower
exploder 65mm throttle body
70mm Cobra MAF
all 3 wiring harnesses
fuel lines and rails
50 oz balancer and flywheel
new head bolts
a gasket kit
Cobra 1.7 RR's
ACT
Coolant sensor

still need:
roller cam (in the works already)
distributor (just need to pick it up)
ECU (know a guy, just gotta go pay and pick it up)
02 sensors
coolant sensor
injectors (brother has some)
fuel pump
couple relays
coolant cross over tube
CAI

you should port the crap out of one of the sets of heads now that you have an extra set.

Thats what I started on the set I am using but I got in a hurry and never took the time to finish them. I was hoping to find some GT40P's but regular 40's were the only ones there. I would have grabed up the other set that was there but I didn't have the cash and I broke off one of the intake bolts off. Because of that I have the driver head off one motor and the passenger off the other lol. One engine was clean as hell and the other was DISGUSTING! lol oo well, nothing a little parts washer can't fix

I also took the time yesterday to finally gently roll the quarter panels (with a 3lb sledge beating the **** out of it) lol and beat the inner part of the wheel well where one tire was rubbing every once in awhile.Took some red caliper paint that I had and painted what chipped and black engine enamel to coat the wheel wells for the hell of it.
