ive always disliked slp's but that might be because i have only heard them on a 4.6 sohc and it just sounded like loud noise. it didnt sound good at all.. maybe the 5.0L makes them sound better...



im on the hunt for a new catback. cuz currently i just have mac mufflers on the stock 2.25" tubing. but bbk shorties and 2.5 o/r hpipe

Ive thought about getting some SLP loud mouts, and just bolting them to the H-pipe with some turn-downs for something cheap, and easy to install for when I want the car to be retarded loud.... dunno if I'll do it, as I had a buddy with a off road x pipe and SLP loudmouths on his S197 and I hated it.

 

if you want it to sound like a 4.6 get a 4.6. if you want it to sound badass and scare people get some bullets
