I really don't understand how you guys aren't in jail after these wrecks.

I would've killed someone...

Killed who? The driver was at fault.

As for leaving space and people jumping in the gaps. Way less of this happening in the right lane. Makes for a much less stressful drive. Everyone in the passing lane is in a hurry and I'd bet, statistically there are way more accidents in the passing lane.

That sucks man. I know what you're talking about. I won't follow in a line of traffic if there's a vehicle in front of me that restricts my view at least 3 cars. Good luck with whatever you decide on buying...

Well in the OP case yeah if its your fault then not much can be said, but i was in teh outside lane going to class just had left my apartment about 350yrds later blam, when i stopped spining aournd and the car cut off from teh fuel saftey tripping the coollant needle was still on the C, the idiot was coming across a four lane highway and smashed into my driver door totaled the car! I took and put a tire on the driverside and drove the car home as it was and started stripping it. luckly the bonehead had insurance!! If he didnt have insurance then well who knows he might not have had to burn up!
somehow i wasnt at all hurt, just seatbelt bruise and a single piece of glass cut my forehead.

The idiot who crashed my baby burnt up in a trailer fire about 2 mths later cooking some of that chicken dooky (meth)! so in my case what comes around goes around!
