went something like this...



this is why you make sure your front-end is tight. something in the steering locked up and sent me and the car into a guard rail at 30 mph.

i'll keep you guys updated. the motor still runs fine and has 60psi oil pressure.

the cowl is damaged and the windshield cracked. it was a pretty good impact.. the air bag deployed. the insurance company has already declared it totaled. the appraiser comes out monday and hopefully they write me a good check.

my plan is to swap the front-end from my '93 onto this car. easier said than done though lol

My friend wrecked his 86 not too long ago. The insruance company gave him $6,300 for it!!!

make sure the frame rails are good and the radiator support before swapping parts
