Default Companion flange problem....please help.

Im in the middle of tryin to replace the pinion seal I can not get the companion flange to budge. I have tried a gear puller which didnt move it at all actually started to dig into the pinion shaft which is why i stopped using it. Are there any tricks to removing the the companion flange?

Yeah i have tried both of those along with the gear puller.. I think im going to try it again but this time crank the puller down and then try to use a BFH on the back of the flange to see if it will help..

I use a heavy duty 3 finger puller and never had one that it couldn't remove, of course I hit it quick with the impact = 3 blasts on the ingersoll = cure for all
