Local Guy selling his stang, is this a good buy?

Why are people so afraid of buying a car already done? It can be a great way to save HUGE money. Not everyone out there does hack work on cars, you just have to use your head and look the car over really well, ask for receipts and proof of any hp or 1/4 times. Mods do not add much to the value of a car, and you certainly will not get your back on them.
sure not everybody does hack work on cars, but there are always that small few that take shortcuts to make power just to turn the car over. thats why i said that he should have an outside party take a look at the entire car from bumper to bumper and tire to roof.

sure you would save a load of money, but you never know if your buying somebody elses problem. i know personally, i would rather buy a car that is stock that i can do the work on myself so i know that its not a hack job.
