Default NEED HELP!!!

i am having a problem with vaccum on my stang.. i think. when first stepping on the gas i get a little bit of hesitation that seems as though it is starving for air. i have went through and tested fuel pressure, cleaning MAF, air cleaner everything. i recently found a cracked vaccum line but after replacing it still hasnt helped. Another thing that confuses me with this is when im cruising down the road with the a/c on, i accelerate and the air that is flowing slowly trickles out to almost nothing until i let off the throttle then the air begins to flow as it should. not to sure whats going on with this. it also does not seem to be burning all of the fuel off when cold either, it tends to back fire just a little so again im pretty confused on what is going on. Any ideas???

The A/C issue could have something to do with that little black vacuum tree on the passenger side firewall.

i checked that tree as well as the vaccum lines in the engine compartment.... i found that i have a leak at the break booster, is that little connector know for leaking and can it be replace or does the whole break booster have to be replaced??
