If it was painted the same color as it was by a Ford dealer, its prolly Crystal Blue, its metallic not metal flake. Mine is Regatta and it sure looks like that though. Crystal was a little lighter than Regatta which I think they stopped using in 89. I really like Bimini Blue, even lighter still, on 91 and 92's. Nice looking no matter what it is!

 

ya the 7H is the bright regatta blue which is what my car is but i hvae the titanium accent. but they did stop making that color in 89. and that last image you posted in not bright regatta blue

also as for your interior someone may have swapped it to a diff color or style. cuz lx's didnt come with tweed seats only the gt's did. plus gray interiors are pretty cheap to come by and are an easy swap.
