Default Bouncing

I have noticed that my car shakes a bit when I drive over bumpy streets and highways.
What can help my drive be a bit more stiff?

Thanks!

I was hoping maybe changing my springs or shocks.

Full length sub connectors... Are these easy to bolt on?

i believe the best way to do subframe connectors is by welding them in, but my first notch had bolt ins...never drove the car with them on though

subframes are definitely best welded on. bolt ons do more damage in the long run then they help. what shocks/springs do you have now?

You most likely need new shocks and struts. Do not waste your time with bolt in subframe connectors.

What would be the long term damage with weld on sub-frame connectors? If going for long term is Bolt on a better idea?

no long term or short term damage done by weld on sub frames. bolt ons on the other hand, as the body tries to twist the bolts pull on the holes, elongating them and damaging the metal on the bottom of the car
