msd complete ignition

Default msd complete ignition

just wondering how good of a deal a blaster 2 hi- performance coil, 6a 6200 ignition control box and 8598 pro billet ford 289 - 302 distributor(i think thats what it is) used but in good shape, is for $200 and what kind of difference i will see with it.. thanks alot

If your stuff is in good working order you will not see any power gains. Unless you are running boost, N2O or super high rpms it is not needed. Even then I know lots and lots of guys that keep their stock distributor and make tons of power. IMO the pro billet is not needed and I have heard of people having issues with them. Leave the stocker and get a 6al box.
