What is the fuel pressure suppossed to be on a stock 5.0? With Just the key on? And with the car on at Idle? Thanks in advance guys.

 

36 psi-ish not running

while running and vac line on the reg it will be the same but bouncy... vac line off it will be about 42 psi when running

 

Ok, with the key on and not running, my car was at 38. And with the car on at Idle my pressure was 31-32. I just didn't know if either was normal. I have heard that 35 while at idle is what its supposed to be, and I know when fuel pressure isn't where it's supposed to be it can make the car run funny.

ok, good deal. My car hasn't really felt right lately since I got back from florida. Even after replacing the Map sensor(which fixed all the issues it previously had) it just feels different. Feels doggish, maybe the 2:73's are finally getting to me, maybe its time to bump up. Anyways, thanks for the info.

 

well ship it to germany and try to hit like 180 or something on the autobahn.... ??????

haha... go 4.10 you wont regret it. you'll tach about 3k doing 75-80 and finish the 1/4 mile at about 5200-5400
