need some advice
I have recently purchased a 92 mustang convertable that i would like to do alot of modifications to i have purchased another motor to build but dont know the best rout to go with as far as fuel injection and carbarator wich one would better and cheaper. i would like to achieve about 450 horse power out of this car so any feed back and advice on this build would be appricated. I can do the mechanics just dont know what all goes together as far as the parts to make it run good.
well, you have a lot to consider.
cheaper is the carbed route for sure.
here is the question. budget? goals?
if all you want is 450hp then a 347 stroker, TW 190fac heads, custom solid roller billet cam, super vic intake or like intake, big exhaust(at minumum 1 3/4 LT's 3" collector 3 " dumped exhaust) prosystems custom carb. go light weight on the bottom end, internally balance, link bar solid lifters, shaft mount rockers and rev it to the moon. you'll bury 450rwhp.
