Default Buying the 5.0 from 'The Departed'

Alright so about 25 miles away from me this guy has the two gray 5.0's that were used in the departed with leonardo dicaprio. One is selling for 3400 and the other is goin for 4650. The 4650 still has the 4 lug cobra r rims on it. It doesnt mention anything about documentation, but assuming he has some proof that it was used in the movie (description mentions about the camera mounts still being in the car), what would you say about buying it?. . . 130k miles lowered with bilstein shocks and struts, chip and flowmasters.

i remember seeing that car, its the same color as mine w/o the silver on lower half. In the movie I could hear the exhaust and it sounded better than my stock exhaust at the time lol.

nah just two gray ones. honestly i dont know what i would use it for, i would probably just keep it nice, maybe clean up whats wrong with it. . . its an auto so it would just be like a cruiser. I just thought about it like this. . . . in a very long explaination. Bullitt was a cop thriller from the 60's and is thought of as one of the best ones of its time, obviously the movie focused a lot more on mcqueens mustang but nowadays so many people want that car, especially the original which is rusting away. . . maybe in a long time when the departed is looked at as a classic, and maybe foxes too are thought of as more of a classic car (a while i know) it would be the type of movie car that people like to clone and stuff

ford will never make a 2030 'departed' mustang but its still a cool idea

I watched that movie last night. Looks pretty clean, any performance mods on it?
