I know this subject is beaten to death but I need help...

I reset codes there was none, unpluged idle valve set rmp as low as i could without the car shutting off, set tps around .89, and ran the car. Idled fine sitting there. Coming to a light idle is all over the place. When I let go off the gas it drops fast. But give it a rev idle goes to 1300 then settles around 800 fora while. Just got home with car running spray carb cleaner everywhere nothing... Any ideas the iac is a couple months old and I cleaned it and the throttle body and the Maf still nothing.

Can't fined any vacum leaks

 

What is the square block after the iac valve plug it's in the wiring??? Also could it be something with the wiring to iac

 

With iac unplugged I get the car to idle fine but every couple of minutes it surges down and then back to normal idle

 

I think it is my tps I set it earlier today and it's reading in the teens now and I can't get it to move... What do you guys think
