Also the last tps I drilled out and got it up to .50 and the Roma went up like set at 1500.. But of course if I take the idle screw out the the voltage reading will go down

Please help guys what do I do

Ok so key on engine off I'm only getting 3.95v out of the power wire!!! Thoughts??? And thank you
