Exclamation Ecm Question A9L or D3D1?

I have a 1990 ford mustang lx 5.0 manual trans that the computer just went out in. I pulled the computer and looked around at the part stores and junkyards for a "F3ZF-12A650-EB D3D1" and nobody had one. So now Im wondering if I could put an A9L in instead? Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

the 90 model is a mass air car and since you car has a manual tranny you can use either the A9l(manual) or the A9p(auto)

the f3 part number on your current computer is from a 1993 car
