Bump timing a few degrees, buy a k&n drop in filter and remove air silencer, headers if you ain't got em, swap to an electric fan, underdrive pullies, short throw shifter if its a 5-speed, and get some 3.73 or 4.10 gears installed. It'll feel like a completely different car. After that stuff start on upgrading suspension.

Tires, gears, suspension. The big question is how much do you want to get out of the car in terms of performance and what are you willing to spend?

What do u mean by exaust is done? Just mufflers? need headers and aftermarket h or x pipe. Yes junk the silencer box, knn filter, tires, suspension, gears the order u do them will effect the result u get each time u upgrade.

I don't think the billet steel ones are a waste of money like the aluminum ones are. Upr has the billet steel ones for like $40 new. I would just suggest not using the alternator pulley if you don't want to have any issues with charging. I put the Upr billet steel kit on my car, minus the alternator pulley, and it feels like it revs a bit faster. I could tell a difference totally.
