5 lug conversion rims?
I was reading here http://tinyurl.com/6eub64h on doing the 5 lug conversion and have a question about rims.
It says that if you use the mark vii rotors, you can use rims such as 97 and older cobra rims. Some aftermarket bullitts I've found say they fit 94-11 Mustangs, but I've read the bullitts won't work with the mark vii rotors. It kind of confuses me though, because obviously the 97 and older cobra rims fit within the 94-11 years. Unfortunately, I'm thinking the answer is no.
But anyways, would these fit with the mark vii rotors and ranger axles?

If not, why? The dust cap won't allow the center cap to fit? Would that be the only problem?

One thing I don't get is the center cap on the bullitt is the same size as 95 cobra replicas and 95 cobras are suppose to fit. What size of center cap is needed?

Its not the size of the cap, its the depth. It has been awhile since I have messed with a regular 5.0 spindle but I would probably trim off some of the extra spindle that the hub nut goes on and smash in the dust cap. Thats IF doing that would work. I really don't recommend doing this unless you actually know what your doing.
NOW the other issue that comes with Mark and SVO rotors.....The outer diameter of the hub is bigger than the inner diameter of the wheel surface. Some still use the rotors and have the outer edge machined down on a lathe. I haven't personally dealt with bullitts though so IDK if you have to machine the hub down or not.

#2. yes it will work. But why waste your money on a 7.5?
And fiveoh... the reason the 95-97 cobra wheels work is because they are an open lug style wheels. The 94-11 bullitts dont fit in that category because THEY ARENT COBRA WHEELS!
And I have seen people have an issue not only with the depth of the hub opening, but the width of it as well.
Bottom line, you want Bullitt wheels, use SN-95 spindles.
