Default 302 cam help needed

Hi all, asking for help. I have searched forum after forum. I am trying to find a cam that will work for my application. I have been strongly considering the B303 or F303 cam. Do you think these cams will work with the following engine/computer setup? Will the stock computer work? Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

1994 Mustang GT Fuel injected 302
GT-40 iron heads
65 mm throttle body
Cobra intake
1.7 roller rockers
Short tube headers w/ side exhaust

Intended use, more power, rough idle. Any idea what the Explorer heads (gt-40's) valve springs are rated to? Thanks
