Default which intake do you recommend?

doing a hci on my mustang, going with tfw fac 190 heads, tfs stage 2 cam, not sure what intake i want to run, here's what i'm looking at. I would just go with the biggest but not sure how much a big intake will effect drivablity. this is going on a stock bottom 302 with future plans of a 351w.

tfs track heat 1,500-6,500
tfs r series 2,500-7,250
holley 2,000-6,500
edelbrock performer 1,500-6,500
edelbrock victor 4,000-7,500

the heads you are going with are going to hurt performance on your 302. You should just leave it stock and start building the 351w now. It'll actually cost less money in the end.

you do realize that if you buy a good intake for the 302 you will have to buy the lower again for the 351. so you are spending the money twice.

It's going to be a year before the 351 is done, i'd rather do this now and enjoy a faster than stock mustang untill the begining of 2012. also i've built this combo before for a friend and ran mid 11's with the street burner intake.

gt40 looks good but has a big kink in on of the inlet runners. For the price I'd go with the cobra intake which can be found new for $350 or so. It should be good to 500 rwhp

Those 190 FAC heads are going to be too much head for that 302.
They will kill bottom end driveability.........

190 FAC with a properly designed camshaft(not TFS 2) on a large box style intake or single plane intake is enough to make you newbs **** your pants on a 302 bottom end.
