Im no dummy when it comes to figuring things out, just like you said it's a little intimidating not ever messing with a trans before. If you can send me the link to your pics. I wouldnt mind seeing what it looks like.

I may talk to the guy north of me and see what he would charge to go through it. Like I said hes a long time friend of the family so Im sure he wont screw me over. like I said the guy I got it from seemed pretty straight forward and honest about the condition of the trans but we all know when it comes down to making a sale people will say whatever they need to. I sat and B.S.'ed with the guy for a couple hours, and from what I gathered I would be safe to assume that his wife made him get the car out of the garage and get rid of it. He didn't seemed to enthused to part with anything.
