Default Horsepower estimates?

I know there is a thread at the top of this forum, but i havent brought my car to the track yet (and wont til i get suspension set up done). i was just wondering what kind of power output i might be looking at. This is just so when someone asks me what kinda of power im pushing, i have a closer answer then "i dunno". to see the list of mods, look at my signature. Also, I am open for suggestions, if you think i should change something or add something please let me know

thanks

It really won't matter if it has 300RWHP with the suspension you've planned for it it'll be slow as snot at the strip........

any suggestions? this isnt going to be a strictly strip car. It is a daily driver and i still need it to handle on the roads.

I'd use adjustable upper/lower rear arms and some sort of adjustable front shock while staying away from 17" wheels.
Not sure but I don't think there are any real drag tires out there for 17's.....

nito and mickey have a few tires you can use for drag racing... just the thicker wall you get with a 15" helps a little bit, rubber band tires arnt good fro drag racing.

Get that thing on a dyno, and stop taking shots in the dark then you will really know!!! and the drag springs are pretty decent, if you can afford them get an adjustable coil over strut/shock set! that way you can stiffen and loosen them depending on what kinda driving/style you want

^^ I like how this guy thinks lol and if you take it to the track you can get a good idea for how much power you have....

But if I had to put a number on your power level I'd have to say 250-265 depending on how well you have everything dialed in (carb, timming, and fuel pressure)
