Default decisions decisions

ok so i got a black 94 mustang gt vert. got 4:10 gears coming in and brand new top ready to install some staggered wheels new interior new paint, msd work, intake exhaust, etc. i have kept up with all receipts and all for oil changes and parts, has 171k miles and have about $7000 in it now and i have just come across a 07 saleen s281 heritage, with 20k miles for $25k... the problem is i would have to get rid of my 94 for it and get a loan... so i was looking for some opinions on selling the 94 and getting the 07, i know it seems obvious but yaknow

Well...Do you want to be GT Vert guy with a paid off car or do you want to be a Saleen Guy with car payments? If I didn't have a family vehicle I was paying for, I would sell my LX and become a 03/04 Termi Guy with payments LOL. This decision will be more than likely based on your financial standings. Like I tell my soldiers "Live within your means and not above it"...IMO, but being srs.

unless said S197 was a BOSS 302, then id make an exception, but then again, idk if ANYone on here, (yes, even you Keith ) would pass one of those up

thanks guys i made the decision to pass on the s281>>>
bad news is last night my p.o.s. blew the head gasket climbing the mountain.... *i was doing 70 (a/b 2750rpm) and it kinda popped and smoke started pouring out..... lost a lot of oil and now cannot drive her....
im kinda p.o'ed and looking at a 1968 fully restored(resto-mod.) 289ci. black and bronze 5spd. b/c im temped to scrap the sn95 and forget it ever existed!!
**and i was on my way to the mechanic to have the 4:10's put in...***

anyone want a cheap *freshly clay barred and waxed* 94 GT!

i would say get the saleen if you can afford it! unless you have a real big bond with your 94, cause you are never going to see the money out of the 94 and the saleen will ride/last longer
