Smile Should I consider buying this? Please read

Hey guys, been awhile since I was last on here when I had asked about purchasing a mustang.

Now I'm back and want your guys' input before I even check this car out.

It is a 1991 Mustang GT Convert (not a fan of convertible's but that's fine).

It is a built 347 stroker;
10.5 to1 compression
Edelbrock Intake Manifold
Edelbrock Aluminum Heads
75mm Throttle Body
Crane Street/Strip Cam
Headers
Roller Rockers, taller valve covers
3 Sets of Injectors; 24lb, 30lb, and 36lb
MSD PRO Billet Distri.
Billet Timing Set
Fully forged and balanced bottom end
Hooked up for nitrous.

Also has a built AOD transmission with extra clutches, kevlar bands, shift kit and valve body.

Clean title, no frame damage or anything.

I asked about gears, says they're the stock gears.

Should I consider this car? I've been wanting a Foxbody for awhile now but I was working on a '77 Restomod Firebird and recently sold my '94 F-body LT1.

What more should I ask specifically about the car, how much would you offer, and should I even bother looking at it?

He gave me the name of the shop where the bottom end work was done and has receipts for just about all the work totaling to $9 grand. Moving and can't take the car with him.

Should be checking it out in the next 2 days or so if this sale with a Mach 1 doesn't go through.

True, well he's asking $4k. It's been posted for over a month, where it started somewhere around $5.5k+

Here are some pics -

Car also comes with full upolstery kit which includes; new seat upolstery front and rear, new door panels and carpet (all black).
Also a new top kit and rear window, top is black.

I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole.

Does he have proof its a 347?

Over the phone and in the ad he said he has the receipts and told me the name of the shop where the block was worked on. Think I should give the shop a call and ask about it?

Only reason why I don't just check with the guy in person is because I'd like to save my gas money and getting to see if it's even worth looking at.

The engine bay is a mess, that a good reason to get him down on the price.
It's also fixable......
