Hi guys. Quick question. I ditched my mechanicl pump on my 351w for a holley blue. Since i'm swapping out my timing gears for a double roller(thx to adders tip). I noticed cam eccentric for the mechanical pump and was wondering if i can just ditch it? I'm figuring yes but thought'd i'd ask.

Indeed, it can just be left out. There should be a shorter dowel pin for the cam, which you might need to get.
