Default E6 heads cam?

Aight I don't want to drop a lot of money in this right now but my factory cam is junk and I need to buy a cam will the e303 cam work with my e6 heads with out replacing the valve springs. I'm rebuilding the motor and putting the valve relief pistons in. I have an e303 cam available to me for a great price.

E303 cam is junk, I know first hand. Spring and retainer upgrade is a must. A cam with those junk heads isn't gonna do anything for you.

no, valve springs are a must and the fact you have no valve reliefs in an 86, means you need to be double sure no ptv occurs = clay pistons and check

As I stated I'm putting valve relief pistons in when I rebuild. I want lowend low rpm torque, what cam do I need to get then? I really don't want to spend 800$ on a cam, springs, and lifters
