Default adjustable regulator or not?

i have a fuel pressure regulator i have just pulled off a parts car i got that wasnt running when i got it. this regulator is different than most ive seen before, ive seen the adjustable type and the stock type. most of the stock ones ive seen have that little port on top where the vacuum line connects. Well the way this one looks is like the old holley adjustable fpr used to look where the housing and everything on the regulator looks the same as stock except for where the vacuum port is there is a screw that you can turn in or out to adjust the fuel pressure. Well thats exactly how this one looks except i cant find anything on it that says that. it has a number engraved in the top that i was wondering if anyone knew.. 119JIBB. Thats what makes me think its something other than holley bc i believe holley for stock rails start with 500 or so. Id just like to find out if its adjustable or not without having to put it on a car. I would think it was with the adjustment screw right?

Read this....
Adjustable Regulator

If it has a screw then yes its adjustable. Do not attempt to adjust your fuel pressure if you do not have a gauge to go by. Pics would help also on telling what brand it could be.
