Holley Systemax
#11
Depends on the rest of the setup and if the motor has been kept up well. I have a full systemax setup on a built 306 and it feels damn good. I haven't had it on the dyno but I will soon to have it tuned, gotta say it loves to rev to and past 6k.

I am new to this site, and in no means a pro. Al tho I do know that I have the same intake on my 347 stroker, the hole "Holley Systemax" on the upper intake snuk up and bit me, lol.. It runs and feels real good, It also likes to rev an upwards of 6,00 rpm. I have the 24lb Injectors in which I am sure I am in need of an upgrade on that part..
I also have a question for the pros at this?!
Mods
1990 Mustang GT 5.0L
-347 Stroker
-Cold Air Intake
-Holley Systemax Intake
-MSD Dizzy, SF Ign. Coil, & 6A Box
-24lb/hr Injectors
-Tremec TR3550 Tranny
-Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter
My 347 is Naturally Aspirated, I have the dizzy locked out at 14* BTDC. I played with my fuel pressure today to get it close to 40psi as I have read in a lot of the posts also I dont have any vacuum going to the aeromotive fpr would that be a problem?! I tried my fp at 40 and it wouldn't rev over like 1,500-2,000rpm then tried 50 better but not great still went slow and had a lil issue, and locked it out at 55, felt ok and still got up to a good rev and speed just as good as when it was at 60-65psi. I just don't want to be running it rich is 60-65psi to much for my injectors? I also have a lil jerking if I am doing round 50mph in 5th gear or would that be to low of a speed for 5th gear?? Would that be another factor with the fuel injectors as well?
I am thinking the reason I have to have my fp so high to make it run right is because my injectors are 24z and not the 35-42z I may need? Also, would you guys figure that would be the reason for my lil jerks at low loads?
Thanks ahead of time for any input you guys may have...

That's pretty good numbers.. Your still working with the stock 302 block, rite? Also what other mods are in it?

Yup. 24lb injectors, Pro-M 80mm MAF, BBK LTs, O/R x-pipe, FLowmaster American thunder, no A/C, Systemax 2 Intake manifold, heads and the Lunati cam that comes with the kit. Think thats it.

Just about the same that's on mine, but I think mine has somewhere around a 75mm throttle body?! I measured it awhile back just don't remember exactly.. I am sure I could use a bigger one as well as bigger injectors.. Specially for a 347.. I plan on adding a turbo or supercharger later on, just don't know which one would be the better choice??!!... It runs good, just haven't took it for a good tune yet, and like to see what it has?!

Chip is like 150 and the tune about 200. The tuner does all the work, he puts it on the ECU. They do sell flip switch to swap between tunes.
