Sylvania's are pretty good lights from my experience, my mom has had some in her crv for a good while now. I probably wouldn't go for the cool blue ones though, they tint the bulb and so they produce a little less light. I myself upgraded my housings so I only need to change the individual bulbs but its all your choice.

They should be just fine. In spite of the name, these bulbs do not emit a "blue" light. They are perceived as white light, brighter and whiter than most OEM headlights.

This is true, but they do this still with a tint on the bulb. I'll get links later of what I use, which are very nice housings, great beam pattern. Keep in mind you need to splice the inner housings wiring which isn't hard, and you need to reroute the wires on the outter housings, which again isn't hard.

Couldn't find the ones without city lights for some reason, anyway the brights you'd wire in, green is positive on the car.

For the h4 housings to wire them properly the when you look at the plug, black switches to the opposite side, green goes where black was and the red/black in the middle slot. That's if you want to go this route

Yeah I can do that no problem. I should mention a little after upgrading mine I had a headlight switch issue with it overheating and would flicker on and off. I think my switch was just going out but I just say it to say be careful at first, others have said they don't have this issue. I replaced the switch and been fine since but your switch is even a little older than mine so I wouldn't be too surprised. I will write you up an install guide and get it posted for you, I don't mind helping. To me having quality lighting is crucial.

it would be a very good idea to do the headlight relay mod also, as that will PROPERLY fix the switch issue. Ford in their infinite wisdom ran the whole circuit through the switch and back to the lights. This causes issues and makes the circuit unstable as it gets older.
