Default Weight reduction for 1990 GT

Hey everyone eventually im going to look into reducing the weight of my car but still being a street driven one. i know the basic steps are things like rear seat delete or maybe a carbon fiber or fiber glass hood. I still dont know how much foxbodys weigh (all classes). its always something different with people and sites and what ford said. I guess we can say GT hatchbacks are in the low 3000's my title says 3142. Im assuming notchbacks (non vert) are like 2900 and change, and the gt verts are about 3335. So lets say my car weighs 3200, i myself weigh about 230 pounds with basic clothing jeans shirt hoodie. so at a race weight that will be 3430. Id like to have the car weigh about 3200 with me in it but i sense that will be difficult. Some of you may say hey how about you reduce your weight! Well if thats the case i cant really lose any more weight im 6'2 and im fairly thin its my build and bone density i guess. (pointless info but some of you will understand)

Going on from my previous post.
Remove carpet and all the sound deadener.
I removed all the wiring from everything and then re-wired just what I wanted to.
All that wiring must have weighted 50#.......
