Yeah but some bbk's smog legal are under $300..? I wonder what gives? They cost as much as longtubes.!
I know a guy selling them used for $300.. idk tho?

Dunno about fox bodies but JBA has the only California legal shorties for s197's so they get a premium for them. Plus, the quality is very very good.
I agree though, if you don't care about passing smog, might as well go long tubes and forget about it.

That coating sounds like it's expensive to me, maybe $150 of the price. I also think that those headers are made here in the USA.
If you don't have any worries about being smog legal, just get some BBK long tubes and be done with it....
