The owner says the engine has around 5k miles?

 

I would look up how much the seat covers would cost and offer him with that subtracted. It looks to be true what he says is done to it. My son boought one from Nashville in that good of shape and spent 5k....so I would say it's in the ballpark.

 

Depends on mileage? with all those mod it was probably beat

 

It's a good buy. I'd ask for receipts and offer less than $6500.

 

Ehh its a decent price, I'd just offer 5500 for the hell of it and go from there. Over all though not a terrible price, although 6grand would be better

 

I'd run a 'Car Fax' on it after VERY carefully looking it over.
I would also look for old dragstrip time slips in the console and the glove box........
