I'm no electrical wiz, but I'd start at the fuse box. Check for power to those circuits. Then follow till you find where your losing it. Sounds like its more than a simple relay or wire rub thru. To lose all those lights after you replaced multi switch, I'd check that out again. Was it all working before you reassembled it?

Sounds like a nightmare. Wish I could be more help, the only advice I have left is to use the search and dig around for some old threads with similar problems. I'm sure your not the first to go through this, and the answer is here somewhere, just gotta dig a little.

Maybe someone will chime in here with more knowledge than me and help.

I might be of some help. It sounds like since you replaced the headlight switch it improved some of your lights coming on, that maybe that is where the problem might have started. Now that it is replaced I think you might have some harness (soft or melted) in the steering column check that out visually trace harness back up through dash to make sure you have inspected all. IF it still is f'd up and you are pulling your hair out pull the switch back out and take back cause it's got to be defective.

Sounds like you have a short somewhere. Becareful where you just put a ground. You don't want a ground loop.
