Oh there are people working on it, Steeda has $135 bushing kit, that they say reduces hop, and increases rear traction.
I think you should post a vid, so we can all see how bad your hop is, it will help everyone in the long run, to see how hop varies from owner to owner.

i'll try to get a vid . but in the meantime I can do a burnout on dry concrete, my driveway. it will leave aproxx 20 to 30 black marks about 4" long with about 4" long spaces between, leaving a light I can feel it so I don't do it much.

I get some pretty wicked hop as well. All the way through 3rd. After that the tires do not break loose.

I think the packs that Ford has put together for the King Cobra will help quite a bit. should be available soon from Ford Racing

I'm thinking that the [front] bushings in the rear LCAs are mainly responsible for allowing hop. The best solution is not likely to be as simple as casting something up in polyurethane and calling it done . . .

Does the new IRS even have anything like the old LCA, the Steeda kit replaces the subframe mounting bushings.

Not like a S197/SN95/Fox rear LCA, no. The LCA in most any IRS is laterally oriented like a front suspension LCA.

Ah, the awesomeness that is IRS. A solid rear axle with aftermarket control arms will fix you right up.
