Sync 3 Nav updates

Sync 3 Nav updates
The Nav system on my Sync 3 is not current. I have WiFi set to update when available, but many of the streets and highways are still not showing up. Is there another way to update the Nav or is this the way it is until CarPlay is available and I can use Google Maps.
