Android Auto
Got a quick question regarding using android auto. Just got a 2020 GT Premier Vert, When using AA, is there a way to get back to the audio screen to change music sources? My Kia had a physical button you could push, but couldn't find any way on this to get back to audio sources. I ended up unplugging my phone, changing the source, then plugging it back in. Thanks in advance for the help.
Correct, you hit either the "sync" button on the screen or "exit" or "Ford exit" button to get back to the Ford screen. You have to hit the circle on the lower left first to get to that screen of additional apps.
Thank you for the help. Knew there had to be a way, but couldn't figure it out. Going to take a little bit to get used to the Synch 3 coming from Kia's UVO system.
Anybody else having trouble with their Android Auto with the sync 3? Problem with two different phones and 3 different cables. It was working fine then all of a sudden within the last month, it's not connecting sometimes and Waze isn't working correctly. My phone works correctly with my wife's Kia Telluride so it's not a setting in my phone. I'm at a loss a to why it works differently in the two vehicles. With Waze in the mustang, my icon is gone, the map is zoomed in so far you only see about 100 feet of road, if you zoom out, it will zoom right back in when you start moving, It also sings the map around whenever you go past a side street. The speed limit and my speed is also missing. Anybody got any ideas? My Waze and sync 3(3.4) is updated
I'll try that tomorrow and see if that does it. it's got to be something with Sync 3..it works perfectly every time in the wife's Kia. It was working fine in my mustang until about a month ago..very weird...thank you very much for the suggestion.
