2011 strut tower brace

Nope you dont need it, and like dcarlinf1 said it comes with the brembo package. you'll get some better handling out of it, i might be doing a boss intake manifold though so i'd wait and get a strut tower brace that works with that. actually the only handling i care about is for straight line performance so.. i probably wont ever add one hah

All vehicles with 19" wheels got the strut tower brace. Since the BBP comes with 19" wheels, it gets the strut tower brace.
In addition, all convertibles got it. So, if your car had neither a folding roof nor 19" wheels, you didn't get a strut tower brace.
You do not need it. The car will drive just fine without one. It will, however, turn corners better with one.

Shoot my dealer took the 18's off my car and installed 20's.. Would be nice to be able to break my foot off in them and get it.. Likely won't happen..
I myself have been eyeballing the BOSS intake.. So may wait to see if I go with it.. I figure if I don't, there will be plenty who will and there will be take offs everywhere..

Sleeper5.0 - The strut tower brace does help keep the shock towers from compressing inwards towards the engine during spirited driving and braking. Performance sway bars, larger wheels, and brakes put more stress on the chassis. There's also an assumption that if you have a performance car with better traction for braking and lateral traction, you'll push the limits of the stock chassis a little more than an average driver. This is the reason we developed our new strut tower brace. Not all Mustang owners will keep their cars stock and they'll start pushing the chassis too hard.
