Default Winter Projects

So who all has projects lined up for this winter? Here is what I have in store, providing that the time and funds don't dry up!
  1. Change Oil/Filter with Mobil 1 Full Synthetic 5w20 (just hit 5k miles)
  2. Change Manual Transmission Fluid (probably with Royal Purple)
  3. Remove brake calipers and paint red with Duplicolor caliper paint
  4. Have rotors turned and install Hawk HPS pads
  5. Install Off-Road X-pipe
  6. Install new rear LCAs (thinking UPR Billet LCAs)
  7. Install new UCA and mount (probably UPR pro street)
  8. Install JLT Oil Separator

My project for this winter is just making sure that the battery dosn't die.

BTW I dont want to start an oil debate but you know these cars are rated for 5w20 oil right?

Bumping, think I'm going to do CAI-tune this winter, or maybe I'll wait till spring, pretty sure thats what Santa is bringing me because I found out I'm not getting coal.

You'll love the JLT Oil seperator, should have come factory, I HIGHLY suggest anyone with a coyote to get one, best long term investment for around 100 bucks you can do for your stang. I've changed mine twice since last oil change it was 1/16-1/8th full last time. Going to drain it again before I garage her.

I'm going to try to get the x-pipe put on tomorrow if everything lines up. The stang is garaged elsewhere for the winter so I have to work around another person's schedule. The LCAs are a Christmas present, so they will go on shortly after I get them

Hey guys I've been looking into putting some UCA and LCA on my 5.0 over the winter because the wheel hop on my car is down right aweful. I can't stand going around a corner getting on it and just feeling that vibration behind me.

Anyways this is my list for the winter (Buffalo can be a bit of a burden in the winter) and let me know if I'm missing anything on my suspension upgrades that would help with the wheel hop and overall handling.

1: Upper and lower control arms (not sure of a brand right now)
2: Lowering springs
3: Panhard bar
4: Strut tower brace
other than this I might add a anti-sway bar kit....if you would call it that and then on to the performance mods.

I would rather take care of my handeling mods first because of warranty voids on messing with the internals. I do plan on making my own custom exhaust.....and by custom I mean making the whole thing from scratch.
