Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of getting a 2012 or 2013 GT, i currently have a 2005 GTO 6 speed.

I'd like to get an automatic trans and put a small [2800 - 3200 rpm]stall in it and 373 or 410's in the rear.

Anyone done this? What are the HP limits on the stock auto?

I've read a lot about cars making around 500+hp with no problems. Seems to be a stout tranny.

 

I personally haven't heard of anyone with a stall on 11-12's
