instead of the boss intake and throttle body do a full exhaust first...you will see more power gains and it will cost the same

If you are looking for a very good, reliable, and custom made short throw shifter, go to mgwltd.com and read about theirs. I just bought one for my 2013 GT and can't wait to install it.

I agree with KingGingy5.0 on the full exhaust. I wouldn't worry with a throttle body for a WHILE. I've heard that for the price its not worth the gain. Go with the JLT CAI, set of headers, x-pipe, and some kind of axleback. Make sure to get a tune in there too. You're looking at roughly $2,750 for all that. Depending on the brands you buy. After you get all that then I'd start working on the intake manifold, short throw, rear seat delete. Also might want to purchase a set of tires and wheels, nothing is more frustrating than not being able to hook up... i promise

I don't mind the sound of the stock exhaust for now & I want power gain. I'm going full exhaust after all of that is in place. Rims & tires last, I don't want to throw out a perfectly good set of tires. It's an automatic & Im keeping my backseat! Sorry guys, I'm going to be in college for several more years!

throttle body isn't worth it, skip it. you wont see any gains even if you had full exhaust. unless someone has some true/reputable before/after dyno results. if you did Heads and cams you could probably use a new throttle body.

also, full exhaust is way more than the boss intake and throttle body. You should be able to find a boss intake for $375.

I dunno about the front brakes, I don't take my car to road courses which is the only way those will help... I think the handling section may have info for brakes on what the best bang for the buck would be, it's not a mod I would do unless i was serious about road course driving, even then it might not be worth it, suspension first.

I also have an automatic, my mod order was Steeda CAI, 4.10 gears, boss intake manifold, o/r x. apparently if you are after best possible 1/4 mile times 3.31s are the gear to have with the automatic, so i may have made a mistake going with gears. But i do like the acceleration and I wont be winning any fastest 1/4 mile records anyway since my track is 4000' asl.

I'm thinking about going with the full svt rear axle assembly. Not interested in any track going, just driving fast on the road for the heck of it.. I'm looking at about a grand for CAI tune & intake, & 2G for full exhaust. None of this is coming together anytime soon.. Just trying to get input for long term mods. May cut the throttle body for until I do large scale engine work. Thanks!

Unless you want to shift at 7500 rpm skip the Boss intake. Forget the throttle body also. The best mod you could do now is a tune. It will make a night and day difference with the shift points. VMP is who did mine and he seems to have the autos working excellent.

FIRST MOD: Air/Oil separator. JLT is a nice unit, only need the passenger side until you go with a super/turbocharger.
