I recently had a set of BBK full length headers and an off road x pipe installed on my 2012 Ford Mustang GT/CS 5.0l automatic. First drive was great. Plenty of additional power and a great sound. The next morning I started the car up and the check engine light was on. I received an update from Jon Lund for the headers and xpipe tune but the light is still on. Has anyone experienced this and if so what fixed it for you??? Any help would be appreciated. I already wrote Jon Lund and I am waiting for his response. Hopefully it is a quick fix. What code is it giving?

 

hard to say without the code but double check your 02 sensor conections I had one that wasnt connected all the way or left unconnected by the mechanic after my lt header install

 

Could be bad extensions my buddies did the same thing. Hopefully that's all that is wrong.

 

Check that your rear O2 sensors were disabled on your tune. I know that can throw a CEL also
