Default more power thru Ford Racing

I installed the Procal tune on my 2013 GT auto and am very happy.

I can not get and answer from Ford Racing but if they ever come out with a package containing the new Cobra Jet manifold, Cobra Jet throttle body and a CAI for it that will work with the Procal tuner for the 2013 GT auto,
I AM GOING TO GET IT.

Would any other's out there get it?
Anyone with a thought of how much HP and TQ it would deliver?

Ford Racing: If you read this any idea if you plan on that type of package?

The CJ NA intake manifold to me looks very similar to the Boss302 intake manifold.
I would hazard to guess similar power gains as installing a Boss intake manifold, depending on the tune of course.

It does not change the shift points on the autos.

I looked into this. You will lose power. Even though a boss engine would be a better starting point for this application you would still require some additional parts and prayers.

Those CJ intakes are tuned for peak HP at 7750 rpm. So you would be shifting 1K rpm higher in the low 8K rpm range. You would need a built engine to run those RPM along with a new PCM, crank trigger, valve train, damper and flywheel to handle the rpms. The NA Cobrajets are running 9s and maybe some in the 8s.

Good luck

American Muscle has released the pre order for the CJ Intake Manifold. A little over $800, you also have to buy the throttle body for it, another $600.
