Angry Fuel Pressure

My 1987 5.0 Mustang seems to have low fuel pressure. I replaced the fuel pump & the fuel pressure regulator & still have only 32 lbs pressure. Can someone help.

Wrong section, a mod will move it for you. Have you checked the fuel filter? Getting 12V at the pump? Is the cars performance negatively affected or is 32 psi not what you want it at? I don't know the stock pressure specification. Try purchasing an adjustable pressure regulator (assuming you have an OEM one) and see if you can adjust it above the 32 psi. I don't think the stock pump goes much higher than 40 psi to begin with, so if you require a higher pressure you will have to purchase a different pump.
