welcome

I'm sure you can, it would just hang lower than the car.... so you'd have to be careful if you lower it...or, if you are already lowered.

I'm running the boss side exhaust on my 5.0. No issues and it doesn't really hang low. You have to get up under the car to actually see it.

Cervinis makes a side exhaust kit with valance. Then the Boss works too so you can do it.

I will say that the gnarliest/sweetest Mustang I've heard in a long time is this Red GT/CS that has the BOSS side exhaust paired with the Roush axel backs. It was scary sweet.

Stainless Works offers a side exit kit that is much cheaper than the Boss or Cervini stuff. Like has been said, Boss and Boss style (SW) tuck up behind the pinch weld rails at the side of the chassis so, they are unaffected by lowering until the point any exhaust will hit.

I'm actually contemplating one of the Boss side exhaust kits with my Borla axlebacks. It's pretty much bolt on I believe. Longer mounting bolts for the a Vert. It doesn't show though. It's hidden under the skirt. You get the sound but not much else. However, you could probably get someone to fab up a tip that would actually show a bit.

Me, I just want to be able to pull the restriction plates for a show. I bet it'll sound real nice.
