Default differnt 5.0

Probably should look in the fox body threads.

Did you install the turbo kit yourself ?
Did you buy it running and then it doesnt run no more ?
Did you buy it not running ?

If you bought it not running it could be many things...

No fuel pump noise means no power, i usually start at the source of the power and then follow the switches grounds, IE battery>ground wire>fuse box>etc. That being said, get power to the fuel pump and go from there. Being an older car and a turbo kit, it could be as simple as a bad ground. BUT tracing for broken wires is time consuming.

Default project

I have never installed a custom turbo setup, so I cant be any much further help. It not running befor you got it, could be so many things. makes me think of one project stang where, everything was replaced fuel pump-injectors and distributor-ignition switch, timing was dead on. Turns our car was rear ended once and the fuel line above the gas tank was pinched shut. Try looking for junk yard turbo set ups, you might find a specific forum that would yield more accurate and quicker answers.
