Default 2012 slight serge problem

OK, I bought this GT 6speed 5.0 back in June of 2011, and it has been doing this all the time since I bought it. What it is doing,....
When I first start it up after sitting (cold) it starts fine BUT (before OR after letting it warm up) when you take off (accelerating or at a steady rate of speed) it has a miss or maybe even a serge feeling which does it all the time.
I took it to where I bought it and the mechanic said""BRING IT BACK WHEN IT BREAKS"", as which it never has broken. Has anyone else had this problem??? Also, if you put the car into 6th gear and travel at 70 mph or less for a period of a few miles when you push in the clutch to come to a stop, the computer throws a code (wrench code) and the engine shakes and runs like crap until you turn the car off and re-start it....HELP!

Thinking of getting rid of the car!

If your car is no longer under warranty, then I would take it to your local AutoZone store, asking one of the folks that work there if they would put their code reader on your car. Make sure you write down the code, then take it to your mechanic and share the code with him/her. Something is definitely wrong, and you have a stored code.

Oh, I forgot to mention that AutoZone will do this for no charge.
