OK, bought a new Valve from RockAuto and replaced, cleared code and its fixed.
PS: I bought the Made in China part (Dorman) for 23 bucks. The o-ring was junk (used original o ring), and the electrical prongs needed to be bent to allow the weatherpak to connect and snap closed.
