Default 2011 Mustang GT Parking Light fuse #22 keeps blowing

2011 mustang gt 58k miles: My tailights, side markers, front markers, and license plate lights dont work, i checked the fuse which is number 22 and every new 15a fuse i put in blows. Obviously its a short somewhere but every obvious wire seems to be perfectly fine, as well as grounds, and bulbs/connectors. Any ford techs in here ever experience 10-14 mustangs with this issue? I have no more warranty, ford is asking arms and legs, and im stumped where to find the issue. Its my daily driver so any help is appreciated greatly.

Any work recently done to the car, bulbs replaced, body work, engine work, etc? Any recent weather events like a lot of rain. Recent car washes?

Does the fuse blow only when you put power to the circuit? It could be the stalk on the steering column that's shorting out/bad.

If it blows as soon as you put the fuse in without trying to turn on the lights then it could be an exposed wire somewhere under the dash or in the fuse block in the dash or the relay is bad (stuck closed) in the Smart Junction Box.
