Well, mine is not working properly..lol I think they screwed up and shipped me 55w balasts and 35w bulbs...If I won't be able to figure it out I will think twice before ordering from them... I hope yours will work fine!

That sucks your having issues with them. I saw this on their site, don't know if this is your problem though.

I wrote them e-mail on Sunday. No reply yet besides "please allow us at least 1 business day for response"

That the thing, I ordered 35w kit, why would the ballast have 55w sticker?

I mount one under air cleaner and second one behind the grille under the hood lock.

The problem is fixet. The headlights work just fine now. The hi beam indicator will not lit anymore until you switch to hi beam. The problem was mixed up wires in harness connector which plugs to OEM connector. It took me 10 minutes to switch the pins.

P.S. I called DDM and asked them why my 35w kit has 55w labels on ballasts? They said they marked them wrong )))) Can I trust them? lol

i have the bixenon kit from ddm tuning which is same thing, for the three little connectors than connects to the original harness where the halogen bulb goes take the two outside wires i believe, and switch those little wires around. i did the same thing when i realized that. simple fix

EDIT: didnt see you fixed it, and dont worry if you got the 55w kit instead its actually better than the 35w its brighter and washes out the ricey blue look

I'm having the same problem right now, I'm pretty sure I hooked everything up correctly, what do you mean by "mixed up wires in harness connector which plugs to OEM connector"?

any pictures?

depending on where your kits come from(overseas or domestic), it is very common for the high low beam wires to be switched, just switch the wires inside the plug that connects to your stock headlamp wiring harness(they should be 3 wire with male spade connectors, do not switch the ground, just the other 2 wires.)

Also, aim your headlamps a little lower than normal, hid's in stock headlamps cause a tremendous amount of glare to oncoming traffic.
