I got the confirmation, but it said my order is on hold because I didn't pay enough for shipping. I tried calling the telephone #, but it won't connect from Hawaii. I sent an email requesting you charge my card the difference, but have yet to receive a response.

I just looked at your order again. I apologize profusely that you weren't notified, but apparently, the grill delete is out of stock. Normally, an email is sent letting you know, but I just asked the girl who handles it and she was waiting for an ETA before sending it. Just found out that we're looking at getting those the 2nd week of January.

I thought it was all set or I would have kept my eye on it and let you of any issue ASAP. I'm going to issue another discount to the order for the inconvenience. I feel so bad! Email me if you need more information.
